Terms of Trade
All listing memberships with Class and Course Finder is undertaken on a yearly basis. Listing fees need to be paid prior to your listing being displayed on the Class and Course Finder website.

When your listing membership is due for renewal with Class and Course Finder, an invoice will be emailed to you 7 days before your listing anniversary date. We accept cheque, money order, direct deposit and credit card payments. All account terms are strictly 14 days. Non-payment will result in your listing removal from the Class and Course Finder website effective 7 days from your anniversary renewal date.

Acceptable Use
1. You accept responsibility for all information and material issued or accessed by you from the Service. You also acknowledge that we do not accept responsibility for misleading or wrong information or material available via the Service. You accept that you access and use such information and material at your own risk.
2. The information contained within the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use the Service for commercial purposes or to otherwise conduct any business unless you have made prior agreement with Us.

Disclaimer
1. The World Wide Web changes constantly, many websites also change constantly. As a result, the Service cannot and does not guarantee that your search results will be complete or that any links from that Service will be accurate at the time of you using the Service. Suspension of Service
We may from time to time without notice suspend the Service or disconnect or deny you access to the Service:-

Notwithstanding any suspension of any Service under this clause you shall remain liable for all charges due throughout the period of suspension.

You acknowledge that the Service may experience technical difficulties at any point in time, and in such a case many not function properly, or may be completely out of Service, Class and Course Finder's search engine takes no responsibility for any loss to you, the client, the relation, or user of the Service in such a case.

Information for Class and Course Providers
By submitting your information to this website, you guarantee that the information you are providing is true and correct at time of release. You also guarantee that the information is your Intellectual Property and all copyright remains with you.

By submitting your business information in order to be listed on the Class and Course Finder website as a class or course provider, you agree to the payment of the membership fees according to your membership option (namely Platinum, Gold or Silver). The fees cover your listing for a period of 12 months from the anniversary of your listing.

Tile advertising is not included in the membership listing fee. Additional charges apply if you choose to utilise these advertising resources or options.

You have the right to access any information supplied on your business listing at any time, through our 'Login' page once your listing is active and available for general viewing. Some information cannot be changed through the 'Login' or 'My Account' page. Should you wish to request those changes, an email needs to be sent to administration requesting those changes to info@classandcoursefinder.com. Fees and charges may apply to some changes.

You can discontinue utilising our Service for your advertising and marketing needs at any time by phoning 1300 225 600 or by sending an email to the administration of Class and Course Finder requesting to be removed from the website. You agree that by doing so, your listing will be removed from the website and no refund will be given. If you choose to re-list on the Class and Course Finder website at a later stage, a membership fee will apply.

Should you wish to upgrade your membership listing option, you will need to contact 1300 225 600 or send an email to the administration of Class and Course Finder requesting an upgraded membership. You agree that by doing so, you will be charged the additional listing fee. This fee will be calculated according to the upgraded yearly membership fee, less the membership fee you have alread paid, and calculated according to the number of months remaining until your membership renewal date. You can also downgrade your membership listing option, but you agree that no refund will be given.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not meet our terms and conditions laid out in this document, or that may be infringing on our or others' business copyright.

We reserve the right to edit or change any content submitted by a class or course provider. This includes changing the appearance of content and removing details supplied by members.

Please be aware that this website is protected by Australian Copyright Laws. Protected are the design and layout of website, text information and images with in the website written and created by Class and Course Finder.

All membership listings are protected by individual listing owners copyright, including images and text supplied for purpose of advertising on this website.

Copying any text, images and layout is infringement of our Copyright and full legal action will be taken against such infringements.
